Iratxe Perales Arce

Iratxe holds dual degrees in Chemical and Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and a Master’s in Project Management. She has developed her career in major engineering firms such as SENER, ENUSA, and Envisyo Global, gaining experience in project coordination across the energy, waste management, and food processing sectors. Her expertise includes equipment design, FEM simulation, and prototype commissioning. Before joining Microfy, she served as Operations Director at Envisyo Global, leading a team of 40 engineers. At Microfy, she contributes her management and strategic experience, leading product development, investment acquisition, and stakeholder relations.
