All Speakers Speaker Paulo Silveira Position: CEO Company: Foodtech Hub LATAM Paulo Silveira is a food engineer who graduated from Unicamp in 1982 and earned his MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas in 1982. He was the CEO of Danisco Ingredients for Latin America, where he developed the ingredients business. He serves on the boards of several companies. Paulo founded FOOD TECH HUB Latam, an ecosystem that supports food innovation for FoodTechs in Latin America. Along with Bühler, Cargill, and Givaudan, he co-founded the region’s largest food innovation center in Campinas.
