Artificial vision applied to post-harvest robotics

Thu 30 Oct | 12:45 - 13:15

Computer vision allows robots to “see” and make decisions in real time. In this presentation we will explore how this technology is applied to post-harvest to classify fruits and vegetables, detect defects and improve the final quality of the product. With practical examples, it will be shown how the combination of cameras, algorithms and artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the way of working in warehouses and fruit and vegetable centers.
