1. PASS TYPES

What types of passes are available?

In addition, the Congress Agenda will indicate which type of pass is required for each session.

 

2. IS THERE A LIVE STREAM?

Expo Agritech is a 100% in-person event. The Agritech 4.0 Congress sessions will not be streamed live. However, once the event has ended, the sessions will be available on a Video On Demand platform for three months.

 

How does the Video On Demand Platform work?

The event offers free access to the Expo Agritech Video On Demand platform to professionals who attended the event in person with a Premium VIP, Speaker or Press Pass.

Access details will be sent to the email address used during registration approximately two weeks after the event.

For all other professionals, access to the platform will be available for purchase. Once the event has concluded, the Virtual Pass will be available through our website.

 

3. REGISTRATION

I am having problems starting the registration process

Once you access the registration page, you must select the type of pass you wish to purchase, as well as the number of visitors you would like to register. Once both fields have been completed, you can continue with the Expo Agritech visitor registration process by clicking the “Continue” button.

 

I have a discount code. How do I register?

Expo Agritech is a professional event supported by a wide range of associations and partner organizations that may offer exclusive discounts to their members. If you have a discount code, you can access the registration page and enter the code provided. Once you click the “Apply Discount” button, the ticket option to which the discount has been applied will be highlighted in blue.

 

How do I know if I have successfully registered?

Once you complete the registration process, a confirmation message will appear on your screen. You will then receive a confirmation email from which you can download your pass in PDF format.

If you do not receive this email, please check your SPAM or JUNK MAIL folder, as it may have been filtered there. We also recommend adding our email address registration@expoagritech.com to your contacts to ensure you receive future communications and important emails.

 

The registration page is not working

Some corporate networks may block access to the registration platform. Please try accessing the Expo Agritech visitor registration page using a different browser, an incognito window, or your mobile device connected through your mobile data network.

If the problem persists, please report the issue to registration@expoagritech.com or try again a few minutes later.

 

I would like to request an invoice

Once you complete the purchase of your Expo Agritech pass, your invoice will be generated automatically. You will be able to download it from the confirmation email you receive after your payment has been completed.

If you do not receive the invoice, please check your SPAM or JUNK MAIL folder, as it may have been filtered there. We also recommend adding our email address registration@expoagritech.com to your contacts to ensure you receive future communications and important emails.

 

My VAT number is incorrect

Please make sure you enter the legal company name corresponding to the VAT number you are providing.

If you are registering as an individual or self-employed professional, you must enter your national ID number (including the letter, where applicable) and your full name.

Other registration-related issues

If you are experiencing any other problems during the Expo Agritech registration process, please send us an email at registration@expoagritech.com describing the issue you are experiencing.

Any additional information will help us resolve the issue more easily (for example: the browser you are using to access the registration platform, error messages, screenshots, etc.).

I have already registered. What do I need to access the event?

Your confirmation email includes a link to download your final pass in PDF format. You must print this pass in colour. At the venue, we will provide you with a lanyard and badge holder so that you can display your accreditation at all times. Exhibitors may ask to scan your pass using contactless technology to register your interest in their products and solutions.

 

I registered as Press but I have not received my pass

Once you complete the press registration, you will receive an email confirming that your registration is under review. This validation process allows us to verify that everyone registering as press is genuinely working for a media outlet or in a communications-related field. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a second email containing your press accreditation and event pass.

Please note that the validation process may take several days or even a few weeks, depending on how close we are to the event. The closer we are to the event dates, the faster the validation process is likely to be. However, if the event is still a couple of months away, approval may take longer.

 

4. STUDENTS

Can students attend Expo Agritech?

Expo Agritech is an event exclusively for professionals.

However, educational institutions or student groups interested in attending may request information about the access conditions by contacting the event organisers.

 

How can an educational institution request access for students?

Educational institutions or tutors of student groups should send their request by email to:

The Expo Agritech team will provide information about the participation requirements and access procedure.

 

Who can apply?

  • Lecturers or teachers from academic programmes related to the agricultural sector.

 

  • Final-year undergraduate students or master’s students studying programmes related to the agricultural sector.

 

When can students attend?

Student access is only permitted on the last day of the event: Last day from 1:00 p.m.

Attendance is subject to prior approval by the organisers and the conditions established for each edition of the event.

 

5. OTHER INFORMATION

Will the exhibitor list be available?

The list of exhibitors participating in Expo Agritech will be available on the event website and App one month before the event.

 

What services are available at the venue during Expo Agritech?

A cloakroom service is available at a cost of €3 per suitcase and €2 for backpacks and coats.

The event also has a Visitor App where you can access the exhibitor list, the event agenda, the speaker directory and all relevant event information.

 

I need to apply for a VISA

It is your sole responsibility to comply with all visa requirements. If you require a VISA support letter to attend Expo Agritech, you may request it through the registration system once you have completed your registration. A visa support letter is only available to attendees who have purchased at least one Premium VIP Pass.

Please note that issuing an invitation letter does not guarantee that your visa application will be approved by the relevant authorities. Visa processing and approval are entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. If your visa application is denied, or if you are unable to attend the event for any other reason, your ticket purchase is non-refundable in accordance with the General Visitor Terms and Conditions. We will provide the invitation letter upon request through the registration form, but we cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any visa application. The invitation letter will be attached to your registration confirmation email once it has been requested during the registration process.

Is there a VIP Lounge?

Some areas of the event, such as the VIP Lounge, are reserved exclusively for professionals. These areas will be clearly identified, and the organisers reserve the right to request proof of professional status before granting access.
