The presentation will address the new remuneration schemes that are emerging in Europe to encourage the transition towards a fairer and more sustainable agri-food system. Inspired by the work of EUROCOMMERCE, models that reward quality, sustainability and equity in the value chain will be analysed. Practical examples and guidelines will be provided for farm owners to understand how to access and benefit from these opportunities.
