Social innovation in Ireland to ensure the continuity of retiring farms

Ireland has launched a successful programme to equip farm owners who reach old age and are unable to continue farming and young people who wish to enter the farm but do not have access to land. Two experts from the TEAGASC agri-food research centre share in the context of innovative European regions, their advances in social innovation to solve this challenge.
