All Speakers Speaker Andrés Antonio Martínez Bastida Position: Director General of the Murcian Institute for Agricultural and Environmental Research and Development Company: Gobierno de la Región de Murcia He holds a degree in agricultural engineering from the Higher Technical School of Agricultural Engineers of Cartagena. He has been a member of the Governing Board of the Official College of Agricultural Engineers of the Region of Murcia since 2003 and its dean until 2023. A civil servant in the Higher Faculty Corps of the Autonomous Community, he has held the position of Deputy Director General of Control and Monitoring of Vulnerable Areas, in addition to various management positions within the Regional Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries.
