Chemist and olive oil expert with experience as an export agent. Panel leader in Lucena Analisis Sensorial. Mr. Torres has worked as a technical manager in different mills, in which he has taken an active role in the production and selection of extra virgin olive oils that have been awarded worldwide.
He is currently working as an external consultant for several laboratories, mills and multinationals olive oil companies.
