Dr. J. E. Guerrero Ginel. Prof. and Director at ETSIAM. G. S. of Agriculture of the Government of Andalusia (1994-2000). Coordinator of technical and scientific support for the Spanish agenda of the Ibero-American Program for Territorial Development. Author of more than 150 publications and supervisor of numerous undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral theses, he has also served as Coordinator of the Doctoral Program in Agricultural, Food, Forestry, and Sustainable Rural Development Engineering.
