José Ramón Fernández Navarro

José Ramón Fernández is the Innovation Director at La Caña Group. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Biological Sciences. He is the author of numerous scientific publications, the inventor of two patents, and the principal investigator of more than 20 R&D projects related to the agri-food sector and the circular economy.

The La Caña Business Group has been producing, processing, and trading subtropical fruits and vegetables for 48 years. The fundamental pillars of its activity are continuous improvement through R&D, personalized advice to farmers, and exporting of top-quality vegetable and tropical products.
