Laurent Bodin

A French industrial engineer with more than 25 years of experience in robotics, he began his career at Yaskawa France in 1997, where he held various technical and commercial positions. In 2018 he was appointed General Manager of Robotics at Yaskawa Ibérica, leading the company’s expansion in Spain and Portugal. Under his leadership, Yaskawa has doubled its production capacity and opened a new headquarters in Viladecans (Barcelona). Bodin promotes innovation, the location of production and proximity to customers, consolidating Yaskawa Ibérica as a benchmark in automation and robotic welding.
