Manuel Teva Fernández

Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Córdoba, specializing in Plant Sciences, and a degree in Environmental Sciences from UNED.

He has been a civil servant in the higher faculty corps, specializing in Agricultural Engineering, for over 20 years. He has held various positions of responsibility in the administration, having served as Head of the EAFRD Grant Management and Control Service and currently serving as Head of the Agri-Food Innovation and Digitalization Service within the General Directorate of Industries, Innovation, and the Agri-Food Chain of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water, and Rural Development, responsible for the Andalucia Agrotech EDIH (European Digital Innovation Hub) project.
