Mar Cátedra Cerón

PhD in Agricultural Engineering from the Universities of Córdoba and Seville. Responsible for Circular Bioeconomy actions in the Agrifood Value Chain in Andalusia and coordinator of the European Partnership of Traceability & Big Data, both for the General Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Food of the Regional Government of Andalusia. Guest lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Circular Bioeconomy and Sustainability at the UCO and UAL. In her more than 25-year professional career, she has participated in numerous projects and initiatives, has been a professor at the Technical School of Agricultural Engineering at the US, and has combined her research, institutional and academic work with various positions of responsibility.
