I currently work as Plant Manager at Grupo Alsur, managing packaging, labeling, maintenance, and warehouse operations, in addition to coordinating plant planning.

I have successfully managed teams of more than 80 people, organizing, planning, and supervising production, as well as ensuring compliance with established KPIs.
