Career civil servant, Senior Veterinary Faculty Corps, Andalusian Government. Head of the Agri-Food Innovation Department, Central Services, Ministry of Agriculture. Works on innovation and digitalization projects in agricultural sector with European funding through ERDF, Digital Europe, and Horizon Europe, such as the European Digital Innovation Hub, EDIH, HIBA, the Federated Data Space Demonstration Center in agricultural sector, EDAAn, led by the UMA, and AgriDATA Partnership, among others. Experience in public tech and non-tech transformation challenges. Since early 2024, he collaborates with Andalusian Digital Agency on disruptive projects, such as the IDP for intelligent automation of grant files with IAG, among others.
