Rafaela Herrera García

Graduating in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Córdoba in 2017, I subsequently worked for four years as a large animal veterinarian surgeon in the United Kingdom, which provided me with deep, practical insight into animal health and management.

A little over two years ago, I returned to Spain to join COVAP, where I currently serve as the Head of R&D&i for Livestock Production. In this strategic role, I lead the coordination of innovation projects focused on the application of new technologies, the improvement of animal health, environmental sustainability in farming, and the optimization of feed. My work is fundamental to driving progress and efficiency in the livestock sector.
