Agricultural Engineer with over 22 years of experience in the sector, holding all positions, from field technician, quality technician, production-quality coordination, sales, and currently Manager of ALCAFRUIT- Productores del Campo, an Andalusian cooperative in Seville specializing in citrus, stone fruit, and persimmons. My career has led me to believe that innovation, like change management, must be continuous and always with a holistic vision toward a Sustainable Development model, based on the three main pillars: Society, Economy, and Environment.
