Sibelle de Andrade Silva

Sibelle is a Chemical Engineer and Lawyer with a Master’s in Intellectual Property and Innovation from Brazil’s National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).

A PhD candidate at INPI and student of the Advanced Board Program for Women at Saint Paul Business School, she has built a solid career in innovation, sustainability, and IP applied to agriculture.

Former Director of Innovation and Sustainable Production at Brazil’s Ministry of Agriculture, she is currently Advisor to Embrapa’s President and transitioning to MAPA as Innovation Specialist, bridging science, technology, and public policy for sustainable agrifood systems.
